Compared to conventional ballistic gel that uses organic compounds, Clear Ballistics gel requires no special storage, thus avoiding the reduced shelf life found in organic compound gels. Clear Ballistics gel also offers the advantage that the gelatin can be melted and reformed, significantly reducing the cost of the product as a target.
